Kaldur had quite the eventful day in these screencaps from the Young Justice: Invasion episode "Complications". He goes from pretending to have a shattered mind, to being attacked by Cheshire & going on a field trip into Artemis' mind. He eventually winds up in his loving (yet evil) father's arms. And all while looking hot & shirtless! 








Aw, my heart breaks for Black Manta. He may be an evil dude but he loves his son so much. He's like the best dad in this series.

I've decided that for this weeks updates will all feature screencaps from various superhero animated movies & series. Hope you guys like 'em!

First up, from the Ultimate Spider-Man episode "Snow Day". Spidey and his teammates Nova, Power Man, Iron First & White Tiger decide to go on a little vacation on a deserted tropical island which, of course turns out to be not deserted at all. And what would a day on the beach be without a little shirtless fun?

It must be awesome to have an alien symbiote. You never have to put any effort into changing clothes, though the part when it goes crazy and takes over your mind, yeah thats not so awesome.

In Spectacular Spider-Man Annual #4 Peter's so pooped, he just transforms his costume into PJ bottoms. Oh Pete, why did you even bother, you should have gone naked to bed.

We all know Starfire prances around wearing practically nothing, right? So it was good to see both her male team mates show some skin. In Red Hoot & the Outlaws Annual #4, we got to see a shirtless (or naked?) Red Arrow in bead with Kory while Jason has a wardrobe malfunction that results in a double hip slip. Glad to see this book is at least thing to keep the beefcake/cheesecake ratio balanced.

Beware the Shirtless Batman

I'm glad we didn't have to wait long for some Bruce Wayne beefcake in Beware the Batman. Bruce has an extende shirtless scene in the very first episode! That alone has made me a loyal viewer, but it turns out the shows pretty awesome, so I would have watched it even without the eye candy. Hopefully we'll see him bare-chested in future episode as well. I mean, it would be a waste if they don't use this shirtless CGI model again if the have it available, right?

Wolverine & Hercules: Gay Lovers

Have ya heard? Wolverine & Hercules are gay lovers! How is this Avengers/X-Men coupling even possible, you ask? Both characters have always been straight, wouldn't this just mess up the canon? Did someone in Marvel read that slashfic you wrote about 'em? Well it all happens in an alternate timeline of course! (Edit: Hercules of Earth-616 appears to be bisexual, he even slept with Northstar! Thanks to Anonymous & Justin for informing us of this awesome piece of trivia in the comments section below).

It all went down in the pages of (the now cancelled) X-Treme X-Men. This book has a similar concept to The Exiles in which our dimension's Dazzler embarks on adventures with alternate versions of familiar characters. Howlett, an alternate version of Wolverine and an alternate Hercules are in a relationship. Kudos to Marvel for having the balls to do this!

Here a re a couple of what appears to be romance novel-type covers from Saga. I'm loving this sci-fi/fantasy epic comic book series by Brian K. Vaughn & Fiona Staples. The story is told from the point of view of Hazel. She recounts the adventures of her parents, two soldiers from warring worlds who fall in love. Here's her horny dad (get it? 'cause he's got horns) with her mom on the cover of Saga #15.


Bounty hunters The Will & The Stalk also get the romance novel treatment on the Cover of Saga #9.

Warren Warthington III has amnesia and thinks he's a real angel. More importantly he seems to be allergic to clothes. In Wolverine & the X-Men #4 he flies around shirtless in loose pants while in issue #5 he strips of his clothes the moment he gets out of a Worthington Industries meeting with Headmaster Wolverine & Professor Iceman (its a long story).

Dick Grayson has moved to Chicago & is subletting a room. He's just arrived home, stripped off his uniform (yay, fanservice!) and has gotten in to bed when he suddenly gets attached by the previous tenant, a chick named Joey, who was not informed that the room is not her's anymore. I'm pretty impressed with this woman's self control, she saw the hunk wonder himself in nothing but boxer-briefs and she somehow did not start drooling or trow herself at him.

In A vs X #2 , Gambit takes on Captain America. During their fight, the ragin' Cajun uses his powers to charge Caps Scaley-Armor Costume. In the end it wasn't enough to defeat the Avenger. But you gotta hand it to Remy for giving us some nice fan service.
